Platform Use
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use Moventra lawfully and only for legitimate transport, travel and business purposes.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for activity performed through their authorized accounts. Access may be restricted where necessary for security, misuse, non-payment or violation of applicable terms.
Bookings and Transport Services
Booking availability, assignment, changes, cancellations and trip-specific charges depend on the applicable booking, travel operator and service terms.
Payments and Charges
Applicable subscription, booking or service charges are shown or communicated through the relevant workflow. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.
User Responsibilities
Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
Moventra branding, software, interfaces and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except those needed to use the service as permitted.
Service Availability
Moventra may maintain, update or modify platform functions. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, connectivity, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
